Wisconsin author Isabel Sharpe tells the story of Ann Reading, successful corporate executive, who finds herself completely out of place at a women’s retreat designed to help heartbroken women overcome failed relationships and begin life anew. Ann wants nothing to do with sitting around the campfire singing “I Am Woman,” but when she befriends two fellow inmates she begins to see that the camp may have its benefits after all.
