Received an ARC at no cost to author. I was so excited for this book! And I was not disappointed, we have Magnus and Lucy's story. I was surprised by Magnus, here I was thinking he was another cocky lumberjack similar to Wes, but he was so different. Magnus was a sweet and insecure guy who had no reason to be since he was so successful. Then we have Lucy who was dealt a difficult card in the way of loser boyfriends. I loved Lucy and Magnus and was happy that they found each other and were given a chance for a HEA..And always I love hearing of previous characters, so you get to catch up with Wes and Ave, and of course with Jeremy..Enjoy!… (more)

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Avery hated Wes for what he put her thru in high school, so she fled her hometown after she graduated and has not been back for eight long years. The only reason she has come back now, was due to her mother being in a coma, and she feels guilty about that. Wes could not believe the hot woman Anal Avery turned out to be, and he admitted to himself that he has always been attracted to her, so he sets out to win her over. The bantering between these two is funny and you can't help but root for them. I hope that Lucy gets her story, hopefully with Magnus, and we get to find out what happend with Jeremy's father.… (more)
