Michael Bloch was born in 1953 and called to the Bar in 1978.  During the 1980s he was assistant to the Duchess of Windsor's French lawyer Maître Suzanne Blum and wrote five highly documented books about the Windsors.  He lives in London.  [adapted from The Duchess of Windsor (1997)]
