The drastic lack of active citizenry in Bobsville means that Bob the over-keen construction worker is obliged to courier fast food around for the town's take-away pizza parlour. Meanwhile, local council officials delegate traffic management duties to a scarecrow.Thankfully no-one dies as a result of this municipal folly because Bob the Builder, being practically the only able person around, is the only driver on the road. Still he takes forever to make his deliveries and the pizza reaches its destination cold. Luckily, the only person who orders pizza in Bobsville is an imbecile who feeds it to his parrot.
