Born at an early age, I began reading as a way to cope with the boredom of life on the farm. Seeing the military as a way out of an economically depressed region, I joined an armored unit. When I switched trades to intelligence, I learned how much I loved to write.
Sensibly, I pushed that realization deep down where it could do no harm and left the military to take up Engineering. My love of reading followed me as I moved West and I spent the next six years trying to write part time. I really didn’t make any progress until I switched over to writing full time.
Now I split my time between writing, trying to promote my work and enjoying the two tiny people who live in our home. I couldn’t ask for a better work day!
