James Cleugh was a well-known historian and biographer. He recieved his M.A. fro Saint Andrew's University in Scotland and worked for a time in the British Civil Service. He acted as interpreter and translator for the American Chief Council for War Crimes at Nuremberg. He personally wrote or translated over 50 books.
