Amy Miller, “hair-a-pist” extraordinaire, will be present to sign copies of her new book, Hair*apy: Highlights & Lowlights. Amy has been creating new hairstyles and giving counsel for over twenty years. Now she has put together this incredibly humorous book about the hairy situations that happen in the salon. This is not an industry book, nor is it a book for women only. This is a book for everyone; this is a book for you, the hair client. From cross dressers to client pressures, Amy has experienced it all and hairy situations have provided her with countless hours of entertainment. And now she has put those experiences in this book to share with you. This great new book is currently Old Line Publishing’s bestselling book. Nancy Davis Collier, will also be present to share her new children’s books, Emily and the Friendly, Ferocious Tiger and Ambrey has a Party. These two delightful books are quickly becoming bedtime favorites for younger children. Nancy is the Founder and Executive Director of New Outlook Associates. New Outlook Associates, which was founded in 1984, has helped countless individuals deal with the pain and the hopelessness of having a terminal illness by using the healing powers of the creative arts. Through her artistic talents and her use of positive communication skills she has helped hundreds of persons turn their despair and pain into vibrant hope and a new outlook on life.
