When you help animals, you help people. The tour for Love saves the day highlights that animal welfare is ultimately about human welfare and Tree House is honored to have been selected as part of the tour.
Gwen Cooper is the New York Times bestselling author of the memoir Homer’s Odyssey: A Fearless Feline Tale, or How I Learned About Love and Life With a Blind Wonder Cat, and the novel Diary of a South Beach Party Girl. Gwen’s books have received positive reviews/endorsements in numerous publications, including NPR, USA Today, People, Entertainment Weekly, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Gotham, the Christian Science Monitor, OK!, the New York Daily News, the Boston Herald, the Toronto Star, the Washington Blade, The State, and the Sacramento Bee.
Gwen lives in Manhattan with her husband, Laurence. She also lives with her three perfect cats—Homer, Clayton, and Fanny—who aren’t impressed with any of it.
There will also be light snacks and a donation wine and cocktail bar to benefit the cats of Tree House.
