Fran Costigan is internationally renowned as the authority on vegan desserts. She was a chef in both traditional and vegan pastry kitchens before moving into teaching over 20 years ago. Her lively classes include the unique in the world Costigan Vegan Baking Boot Camp Intensive®. The author of two cookbooks, (More great good dairy-free desserts naturally and Vegan Chocolate), Fran’s work has been featured on Discovery TV and ABC’s Nightline and in print and online media.
