These are the kind of books which drive me crazy, not because of the way it's written, but because of the topic. Just reading about many of the lawsuits, frivolous in many cases, and the costs to society which must be borne because of them, drives me crazy. It's hard to read because it makes me so frustrated, and despite the promise of the title, I still don't feel empowered to do much about the inequities and unfairness, and illogic of the system we have. But if everyone read this, and if everyone because as fed-up with the system as I felt, perhaps at some point in time society could turn things around and agree that tort reform is worthwhile.
