Nan Cuba published a novel, Body and Bread (Engine Books) and coedited Art at Our Doorstep: San Antonio Writers and Artists (Trinity University Press). She published stories and reviews in Antioch Review, Harvard Review, Quarterly West, and storySouth. As an investigative journalist, she reported on the origins of extraordinary violence in LIFE and D Magazine. She is the founder of the literary center, Gemini Ink (www.geminiink.org) and is an associate professor of English at Our Lady of the Lake University.
