Horton Deakins, author of Time Pullers, is a 1978 graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma where he majored in computer science and physics. An Oklahoma native, Horton has also lived in three other states and made his home in Japan for fourteen months. Currently, he lives in central Oklahoma with his wife, Claudia, and their dog, Lucy.
