Growing up, the self-proclaimed former tomboy was more likely to be found chasing animals than frequenting libraries. It was the discovery of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice in High School that turned Wendy into a reader. After ten years in the travel industry, Wendy decided to try her hand at writing, and in 2010 her first book Stork, a YA novel, was published. Flock is the third book in the Stork series.
