I founded the publishing firm of Evagean Publishing in 1990 and collected family histories of some 139 families over the next 12 years. I listed every member of each family and entered their biographical information into a data base then printed it out and published it. The books were sold to members of the family, generally 100 to 200 copies.
I sold the business when I had a stroke in 2003.
