A fairly good book on trading concepts and mindsets. Curtis Faith being one of the original and more successful of the Turtle group. Some criticism of special treatment had been leveled at him of favoritism by other members which he addresses. Essentially Curtis says he was successful because he followed the rules and was more disciplined. He offers some pretty solid and realistic advice on what it takes to survive and then succeed in the rough and tumble world of trading. Though the experiment of the Turtles took place years ago much of what came out of it is still relevant today. A worthwhile read for those interested in gaining a foothold on this challenging endeavor.… (more)

Good book although nothing earth shattering. Would be useful to stock traders that have trouble pulling the trigger ( you know who you are - you've researched something to death but can't decide whether to get in or get out). The book has specific exercises to help develop an intuitive sense about the market and to help separate intuition from emotion. I wouldn't recommend this book to a first time stock trader but if you been trading for a while and you feel that your technique could use some tweaking you might want to check this out. This book addressed a specific trading concern of mine and has helped me a great deal.… (more)
