Reviewing this 140 page book was an amazing and uplifting experience. I learned so much about God's gifts from the earth that I had sadly taken for granted. It was like reconnecting with fruits, veggies, spices and herbs all over again with the emphasis on the different energies and magical properties of them, and the gifts they bring to us.

The format was perfect, a wonderfully colorful and detailed picture of each entry and then the explanation of the inherent goodness within each one, and the blessing that they bring to the world. Then on top of that there were scrumptious recipes that were easy to make and showcased each plant in all their glory. I would recommend this enchanted read to anyone who reaches to eating as a total healing and sacred experience. Thanks so much Jodi, for showing me the spiritual side of veggies.
