César Fernández García is a Spanish children’s and youngsters’ writer. He has a perfect control of narrative structure. His prose is dynamic, reflexive, and with a deep philosophy. Es uno de los más reconocidos autores de Literatura infantil y juvenil. Ha publicado más de treinta obras de este género literario, aunque también de novelas de intriga, poesía y novelas de terror. Ha cosechado numerosos premios literarios. El e–mail del mal (editorial Alfaguara) fue finalista del Premio Ciudad Jaén 2007. El rugido de la vida (editorial Edebé) fue finalista del Premio Edebé 2007. La Comisión Católica Española de la Infancia, dentro de sus premios CCEI, incluyó en su Lista de Honor el cuento No, no y no y su novela No digas que estás solo (editorial Bruño). Su novela La última bruja de Trasmoz fue Premio La Galera 2009. Obtuvo el premio Ciudad Jaén de Literatura juvenil 2009 por su novela Ellos (editorial Montena, del grupo Random House Mondadori). Ha sido traducido a varios idiomas, entre los que se incluyen el turco y el coreano
