Phoenix | Teen Event | Gayle Forman, T.M. Goeglein, and Christa Desir
Changing Hands Bookstore, Friday, February 6 at 7:30pm
7:30PM FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6 Gayle Forman, T.M. Goeglein, and Christa Desir LOCATION: PHOENIX

Gayle Forman, T.M. Goeglein and Christa Desir visit to present their new YA novels.

In Gayle Forman's I Was Here, Cody and Meg were inseparable. Two peas in a pod. Until . . . they weren't anymore. When her best friend Meg drinks a bottle of industrial-strength cleaner alone in a motel room, Cody is understandably shocked and devastated. She and Meg shared everything--so how was there no warning? But when Cody travels to Meg's college town to pack up the belongings left behind, she discovers that there's a lot that Meg never told her. About her old roommates, the sort of people Cody never would have met in her dead-end small town in Washington. About Ben McAllister, the boy with a guitar and a sneer, and some secrets of his own. And about an encrypted computer file that Cody can't open--until she does, and suddenly everything Cody thought she knew about her best friend's death gets thrown into question.

In Embers & Ash, T.M. Goeglein presents the shocking finale to this action-packed series. Sara Jane Rispoli is on the wrong side of the Russian mob, but closer than ever to finding her family. And she's willing to do whatever it takes to finally end this terrible journey, even if the price is her own life.

From Christa Desir, the author of Fault Line, comes an edgy and heartbreaking Bleed Like Me about two self-destructive teens in a "Sid and Nancy"-like romance full of passion, chaos, and dyed hair. A piercing, intimate portrayal of the danger of a love so obsessive it becomes its own biggest threat.
