Poet and translator Coleman Barks says of Ladinsky’s work: “There are universes inside Hafiz, a lineage of masters. Daniel Ladinsky follows the playfulness; the rascal moves well.” Local poet and photographer Tracey Schmidt will join Ladinsky. She is the author of I Have Fallen in Love with the World, of which Ladinsky says, “It would be a better world if Tracey Schmidt became a house-hold name and her poems reached millions.”
