I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone who wish to develop psychic abilities. It's simple too short, too basic and too general. It doesn't provide reader with anything "how-to", well how can it? It has been written by a person who was awaken to his natural psychic abilities, so really, he never learned them, he recalled them. Thus, the book is worthless for anyone who want to become psychic, sorry.

I really enjoyed this book. Not totally sold on the whole Psychic abilities and being able to psychically reserve a parking spot at the local mall but the book was filled with some wonderful excercises that no matter what you believe would help with mental stimulation and discipline. Highly recommend for a quick read on some mental activities.

Author gives you some theory, some exercises and his own experiences. That's all, it's a good book to read, but I'm rating it "2" because it's not a guide at all to anything.
