The first few chapters are spent laying the ground work for the real “story” of John and his two friends, Bob and Dave, go about being handymen in the truest sense of the word. To me, the first couple of chapters seemed to somewhat random they turned out to be purposeful in establishing the readers understanding of what defines a home handyman.

The relationship between the three men and the emerging handywoman – Julie – is fun to read and has an interesting array of twist and turns which will keep the reader engaged throughout the majority of the book. The writer even goes as far as having a somewhat surprise ending which does a really nice job of rounding out the storyline.

The book is formatted in manner making it easy to read so no eye strain from reading this book.

The title of this book is an eye catcher. Every wife should read this book to better understand the Handyman's thought process. After reading this book I have a better understanding of the Handyman. I am still a little unsure of whether the author meant for this to be a non-fiction book but changed to fiction after the first couple of chapters. It was a quick and humorous read
