Megan Marie Sullivan is an emerging fiction writer and professional singer. Her work centers on female characters both strong and weak, as well as supernatural and extraordinary circumstances.
Sarah Hollenbeck studied nonfiction writing at Hampshire College and the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies before earning her MFA from Northwestern University. She has previously worked for Chicago magazine and Chicago Review Press, and is the former nonfiction editor of TriQuarterly. Her personal essays have been published in the CAF Review, In Our Words, and TriQuarterly. She is currently working on a collection of memoir pieces and collaborative profiles exploring the relationship between physical disability and the perception of self.
Matt Hlinak is the Assistant Provost for Continuing Studies and Special Initiatives at Dominican University, where he teaches courses inEnglish and legal studies. He is the author of DoG (Bizarro Press 2012) and several works of short fiction. He earned his MFA from Northwestern University and his JD from the University of Illinois.
Steve Amick teaches in Northwestern’s School of Continuing Studies MFA workshop. He is the author of the novels Nothing But a Smile and The Lake, the River & the Other Lake—a Washington Post Book of the Year and cited in the Encyclopedia Britannica Yearbookin 2006 as one of three debut novels of note.
