Stone of Truth and Other Irish Folk Tales by Douglas Hyde
A solid but slim collection of familiar and not-so-familiar Irish folktales, combining both anti-clericalism and at the same time a Christian moral framework one suspects did not exist in the original tales from which these were derived.
