North Carolina Junior League of Gaston County

So, I have a small collection of Junior League cookbooks, and this is one of them. There's a section of "Down Home" recipes (Southern cooking) and, as usual, a lot of appetizers/cocktail party food, a segment of cooking I always find a challenge. So even though it doesn't rate one of the few spots on my pantry shelf, I'm keeping it in reserve.
