Karsnick's dramatic work ‘Wet Appetite’ has been produced in Chicago; Her play 'Sunday Night Monday' has been staged at Abingdon Theatre, N.Y.C.

Her screenplay ‘Seer Leonardo’ was a semi finalist at Cyclone and the Austin Film Festival Screenplay competition.

S.E. Karsnick was a finalist for the Christopher Brian Wolk Award at Abingdon Theatre and a founding and leading member of New Crime Productions; 1988 - 1996, the Chicago years.

The Dog of the World was S.E. Karsnick's first novel; published in January 2009; so far, it has received a five star rating recommendation to Amazon from The Midwest Book Review and is U.S. Book Best Books 2009 award finalist for visionary fiction.

The video project Yellow Bicycle Handle recently premiered at the 2010 Sunscreen Film Festival.
