Short biography
James Ronald Kennedy is director of risk management for a Louisiana insurance company.  He was elected as commander for the Louisiana division of the Sons of Confederate Veterans for the years 1989-1992 and regularly participates in Civil War re-enactments.  He holds degrees and certifications in respiratory therapy and paralegal studies.  [from The South was Right!(1994)].   Mr. Kennedy presumably is a citizen of the USA, but presumably prefers to think of himself as a citizen of the Confederate States of America.
