Roger G. Kennedy discusses Orders from France: The Americans and the French in a Revolutionary World, 1780-1820.

Roger Kennedy talked about his book "Orders From France: The Americans and the French in a Revolutionary World, 1780 - 1820" (University of Pennsylvania Press).
