I bought this book because I thought it was a cookbook with recipes on how to make cool sushi rolls. In the book there is exactly one (1) recipe and the rest of the pages are artistically presented sushi, some iconic images and some from the artists imagination.

I believe this book should be labeled as an art book because the artist goes to great length to present pornographic sushi. Yes, you read that right. Pornographic sushi. About half of the book has pictures of pornographic sushi - lots of fun for bachelorette parties and such, not so good for this mama who was looking to make some cute rolls for her 4 year old kid. Completely inappropriate.

If you are looking for ideas for adult sushi, this will fuel your fire. If, like me, you were looking for a cookbook of everyday sushi, skip buying this as it is not worth the money.

This book should be moved to the ART category on Amazon as it is not a cookbook!… (more)
