Disambiguation Notice

The "probably" depends on his identification with Sir Robert de Brunne, chaplain who was known to be at Cambridge in circa 1300.

The three editions of the Chronicle have been left uncombined because whereas Sullens edits the entire work, Furnivall (The Story of England) included only the first half, and Hearne (Peter Langtoft's Chronicle) included only the second half.

The two editions of Handlyng Synne have been left uncombined because Furnivall's edition is bilingual (including a French text), and Sullens' edition is not.
