Recipes include a color photo, total time to make, servings, and smartpoints, time to prep and list of ingredents and how to make the dish.
There is no nutritional information and you may be able to substitute some ingredients for your dietary need.
I don't concern myself with calorie intake as much as fat content, good and bad and sodium content of dishes.
The table of contents does not appear to be in any order-like items are not put together in a chapter. I also don't like that the Kindle version doesn't put the title of the dish at the start of a new page along with the recipe.… (more)
