Dervla Murphy is an award winning travel writer and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. She has been publishing accounts of her journeys - by bicycle and on foot - in the remoter areas of the globe since 1965 and has over 30 titles to her name.
Dervla's latest book Silverland charts her extraordinary expedition through the snowscapes of Far Eastern Russia.
