Former presidential speech writer Peggy Noonan discussed her book "What I Saw at the Revolution: A Political Life in the Reagan Era." She answered her critics and talked of the publicity surrounding the book. Once a writer for newscaster Dan Rather, Ms. Noonan was a speech writer for Ronald Reagan during the last half of his presidency. She also wrote the well-known "thousand points of light" acceptance speech that George Bush delivered at the 1988 Republican convention.
