Ilustrated almost like a cartoon book, This is the best bread baking cookbook ever written. I have baked many of the recipes with great results. A limited but wonderful selection of recipes, with simple -easy to follow instructions. I gave away my first copy and after I retired and wanted to bake again, I spent a year finding a replacement because I didn't remember the title or author.
