Gail Trebesch Opper is the author of The Great Deception: Biblical Illiteracy and Blind Indoctrination in the Denominational Church. Gail graduated from the University of Michigan after spending two years at Capital University, a Lutheran university in Ohio. She taught both high school and adult education but is now enjoying retirement. Married and the mother of three children and two grandchildren, she enjoys water sports, singing in her church choirs, and changing, for the better, the lives of learning disabled children.
