Amelia Painter fell in love with writing and photography shortly after giving birth to her first child in 1967. The love of travel and her fascination with marketing came later in life.
Painter has consulted widely with management teams across North America on the topics of marketing, sales and the strategic impact of the Internet to business. Clients and employers have included Dale Carnegie Institute, Southmark Management, Ragland Realty, Jump Magazine, MiraCosta College, Professional Association of Innkeepers International, Iowa/Minnesota/Nebraska B&B Associations, and the Curiel-Reynolds School of Visual Arts.
Painter is the author of 4 books and has contributed articles to many publications including the San Diego Computer Journal, JUMP (a publication written for the sales & marketing professional), the Financial Freedom Report, and several newspapers on varying topics. She has been a staff writer for "Bed and Breakfast America" magazine since 2005, and is the general manager for her company, TotalWebDesigner.com.
