The novel, Whispers of Fate- Book One of the Heirloom Ores is an incredible fast-paced supernatural story about a secret society of women called the Oresisters. Oresisters are the holders of a magical living ore stone that has been around for centuries because it protects them and their faith. A young girl Allyra is about to be awarded this amazing ore stone and all of the wonders that it holds. Of course, she is unaware of what is to come and she is angry with her mother, the current holder of the living ore, for spending so much time in meditation and prayer to the stone and so little time with her as she is growing up.
Many evil people desire this precious ore. One in particular is an assassin from the Cobra Island priesthood. He trained to accept pain and have no conscious when it comes to killing people and believed it was his destiny. He is also a holder of a living ore stones he embedded in his back and desires to acquire the other glowing ore to gain more power.
The amazing play of characters have stories of their own and makes this an awesome, fast-paced and intriguing novel to read and remember.
