Practicing Reiki is not simply about healing others—it is also about healing yourself and growing spiritually. An uplifting and inspirational volume that leaves the reader believing that anything is possible!

It is easily read, and covers the general principles. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn about Reiki's beginnings. If you are serious about Reiki then this is your book. I was absolutely thrilled to get all the information the book offered.
