Other than that it contains some useful general tips on where to start and what order to do things in, but if you want specific advice about a specific problem this is not the book to consult. It is thin and really only touches the surface of some quite major bits of landscaping. The presenters had a seasons worth of full days to work on the gardens. If you only have a few hours some weekends when the weather's convenient I suspect many of their projects will be impracticable, and expensive.
Although I've consulted this book once or twice it is not a frequent assistance to my gardening, but not without merit either. It's UK centric so only suitable for similarly climated locations elsewhere.
