That chapter heading is typical for the book. Most statements in it are qualified to the point of meaninglessness. Advice often boils down to "do this when it works, but don't do it when it doesn't work" with no advice about how to tell the difference. There was also some outright nonsense, such as in the chapters about averaging. Still, there was some useful information and the book gives some insight into how investors think. The most useful chapters were the ones that discredit specific maxims.
I was annoyed at a couple of figures that didn't show what the text was talking about, and tables with clearly bad data. Sloppy!
