Smith began writing about another world called Sartorias-deles at the age of eight, and as she grew, so did the world she created. Sartorias-deles eventually became the setting for many of her short stories and novels. Smith’s writing career has come a long way from paper towel constructed books. With more than thirty books under her belt, Smith has been a pioneer in Young Adult fantasy and entertained generations of fantasy readers. Banner of the Damned is Smith’s latest fantasy novel.
