Coming from a humble background, Mr. Sosa, learned early in life about the struggles and inner strength necessary for survival. His insatiable desire for learning and what seemed like, unending energy, were great motivators in his life. Intersted in matters of the mind,he found that Aikido, with its philosophy and techniques provided skills useful in daily life. It made a big positive change in his personal life and he practiced with great devotion and promoted the art until his passing. 'Aiki' or 'harmony, blending,' in Aikido can be as complicated or as simple as you make it. His repeated quote was, 'Make it simple and give me the bottom line.' This simple and interesting man touched many lives on his journey through this life experience.
