Mary Tich

This is a cracking biography of one of the early British comedians. The authors are honest enough to admit when an area of Harry Relph's (Little Tich) life is obscure; and there are some odd things about his life!
The book is eminently readable: if I were to have a criticism, it would be in the way that it contains chunks of Tich's songs. This is fine for anyone who knows the work but, has little resonance wit the more ignorant amongst us (ME!!).
