G.G. Vandagriff is the award-winning, best-selling author of twelve books, a passionate Italanophile, the wife of fellow writer/lawyer David Vandagriff, the mother of three children, and the grandmother of two exceptionally gifted boys. She takes medicinal trips to Florence once a year. Her guiding belief is that the world can only be altered for the better by persuading our fellow men and women to experience a change in their own hearts so that they are motivated by agape/charity (or by being born Italian). Also a free-lance journalist and a columnist for an on-line magazine, she is a Stanford University graduate, and received her Master's Degree from George Washington University. She recently won the coveted Whitney Award for her best-selling historical epic, The Last Waltz.
