About the Author
Richard Whittingham authored more than 30 books, most of them on football, including the award-winning What a Game They Played and definitive histories of the Chicago Bears, the Washington Redskins, and the Dallas Cowboys. Dave Buscema covered two of the Giants' Super Bowls. His work has been show more honored with several national writing awards including a pair of mentions in The Best American Sports Writing book series.
