In this second book Pamela, who is created Percy and knows he is alive has created a girlfriend for Percy. As an artist who works in different mediums, she has created a statue named Jacqueline. A wedding is taking place in the house. Pamela’s family doesn’t understand why she would create a girlfriend for Percy. They don’t get it. Anything Pamela creates and kisses comes to life. At the wedding a young girl named Christine is able to communicate with Percy. When a thief steals Jacqueline will Christine be able to help Percy find his love? There are so many other issues discussed within these books that make them charming. I love the idea of personification. Evidently the author does as well.… (more)
