The Prix Femina Vie Heureuse Anglais was presented by the French magazines Femina and Vie Hen- reuse on the award of a committee of eminent French women writers for the best work of imagination in English published during the year by an author whose work had, in the opinion of the committee, not received sufficient recognition.
