Character description

Abbot Suger (c. 1081–1151) was abbot of Saint-Denis, historian, patron of Gothic architecture, and an adviser to King Louis VI of France and his son Louis VII. He served as regent in 1147–49 while Louis VII was on the Second Crusade.
