Character description

Princess Carolyne zu Sayn-Wittgenstein (1819-1887) was a Polish-born aristocrat and writer who had a 40-year relationship with Franz Liszt. In addition to her individual works, she did much uncredited writing and co-writing of Liszt's essays and other publications, including his biography of Chopin.
