Character description

Fanny Blair: Character in the ballad of the same name. At a very young age (not older than eighteen, and more typically eleven or twelve), she accuses a man (Thomas Hegan or the like) of molestation or perhaps robbery. He is convicted on her (unsupported) evidence and sentenced to hang even though most doubt his guilt.
