Character description

Hans von Dohnányi (1902–1945) was a German lawyer who became an anti-Nazi resistance activist and rescuer of Jews from the Holocaust. He took part in the military conspiracy to kill Adolf Hitler and the 20 July Plot. He was arrested by the Gestapo and executed in the final weeks of World War II.
